Write down systems, owners, and the path of a real customer. You will find duplicate entry and meetings that exist only to re-key data.
That map decides whether you implement CRM, integrate, or build.
Each phase should leave a working company
If a phase only works when the next phase lands, you have designed a cliff. Ship something staff can run on Monday.
